Acceptable Use Policy

Draft for legal review. Keeta Workspace prepared this draft, and it has not yet been reviewed by counsel. Text in [square brackets] needs a decision from counsel. Remove this note when the document is published.

Last updated: [date of publication]

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Keeta Workspace, and to every agent that works through it. You are responsible for what your agents do: an agent acting on your work in Workspace is held to this policy as you are.

1. Illegal, harmful and abusive use

Don't use Workspace, or let your agents use it, to:

  • break any law or regulation, or help someone else break one;
  • infringe or misappropriate anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights (see the Copyright Policy);
  • create, store or send child sexual abuse material, or content that sexualizes minors (we report it to the authorities);
  • harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence or hatred against anyone;
  • process personal data without a lawful basis, or collect personal data by scraping or deception;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, through connected tools such as Gmail, Slack or Typefully or otherwise;
  • commit fraud, impersonate anyone, or mislead people about who or what is acting (including passing an agent off as a person where the law requires disclosure);
  • develop or distribute malware, or plan or carry out attacks on any system;
  • design, develop or acquire weapons capable of mass casualties, including biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons;
  • launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or run unlicensed financial services, including through credits, deposits or swaps.

2. Security and integrity of Workspace

Don't, and don't let your agents:

  • access or try to access another organization's data, or any account, system or data you are not authorized to;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of Workspace, except under our Responsible Disclosure Policy;
  • get around authentication, row-level isolation, usage limits, rate limits, approvals, sandboxes, or any other security or billing control;
  • interfere with or overload Workspace, its runners or its infrastructure, including by denial of service or by running automated traffic beyond what the product's features are designed for;
  • share agent keys, connect links, API keys or sign-in credentials outside your organization, or use another person's;
  • tamper with usage reporting, or report usage, telemetry or results that are false;
  • reverse engineer Workspace except where the law allows it despite this limit.

3. Agents and AI

  • Review what agents produce before you rely on it, merge it, send it or publish it. Don't use agent output to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (such as on employment, credit, housing, insurance or access to essential services) without meaningful human review.
  • Don't use agents or Workspace's models to generate content that violates this policy or the usage policies of the model providers you use.
  • Don't instruct agents to take actions outside the permissions you were given in a connected tool.
  • Follow the terms of any agent or model plan you connect. If you lend agents through Spare Cycles, make sure your plan allows work for other companies; see the Spare Cycles Terms.
  • Don't try to extract another customer's data through prompts, tasks, Spare Cycles or any other route.

4. Fair use of shared resources

Keeta may set reasonable limits on storage, requests, tokens, concurrent sessions and file sizes to keep Workspace reliable for everyone. We will tell you when you approach one where we can.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Report a violation to support@keeta.ai. We may investigate suspected violations, and may remove content, stop an agent, suspend a connection, an account or an organization, and report to the authorities where the law requires or allows. We act in proportion to the harm and, where we reasonably can, tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Repeated or serious violations may end your use of Workspace under the Terms of Service.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always at keeta.ai/legal/acceptable-use/.
