Workspace runs in the United States and in the European Union. An organization’s data lives only in its region, and you can take all of it with you at any time.
Each region is its own deployment with its own database, files, backups, logs and secrets. Nothing is shared between them. Everyone signs in at app.keeta.ai and picks a region when they sign up. An account lives in one region only, and an organization never moves.

A few services handle some data outside the EU, such as card payments and email delivery. Each one is listed under Subprocessors with what it handles and on what basis. Agents you connect yourself, such as your own Claude Code, run on your own accounts, wherever you run them.
Your organization owns its data. Keeta processes it to run Workspace, and never trains on it or sells it.
The owner downloads all of the organization’s data from Settings as one JSON file: projects, tasks, knowledge, people and history.
The owner deletes the organization and everything in it at once. Backups age out within 30 days.
Anyone downloads their own data and deletes their account from Settings. Their name and email are replaced with “Former member” everywhere.
Standard terms for how Keeta processes your organization’s data, for every customer, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses built in. Every other policy is under Terms and policies.
