Keeta, Inc. (Keeta) respects intellectual property rights and expects Keeta Workspace's users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content in Workspace that you believe infringes your copyright, under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Digital Services Act and similar laws, and how to respond to a report.

Most content in Workspace is private to the organization that owns it. Keeta acts on reports about content stored in Workspace and on keeta.ai.

1. Reporting infringement

Send a notice to our designated agent with:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them;
  2. the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  3. the material you say infringes it, and enough information for us to find it;
  4. your name, address, phone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

Designated agent: [name], Keeta, Inc., [address], [copyright@keeta.ai]. [Counsel: register the agent with the US Copyright Office.]

Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes may make you liable for damages.

2. What we do

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material, tell the organization that owns it, and give them a copy of the notice.

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send our designated agent a counter-notice with:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. the material removed and where it appeared;
  3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where Keeta may be found), and will accept service from the person who sent the notice.

We will send the counter-notice to the person who reported, and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

Keeta will, in appropriate circumstances, end the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

5. Other intellectual property

For trademark or other rights, write to support@keeta.ai with the same details, adapted to your right.
